These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Leefr grocery application and website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the following terms.


1. Browsing and Ordering

Customers can browse the available products via the Leefr website or mobile application. Once items are selected, they can be added to a virtual shopping cart for purchase.


2. Order Fulfillment

After an order is received, our grocery store staff:

  • Pick and pack the selected items
  • Ensure all products are fresh and in good condition
  • Prepare the order for pickup or delivery

3. Customer Notification

Once the order is ready, the customer will be notified via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • In-app notification

Notifications include pickup instructions and any additional required details.


4. Pickup and Identity Verification

Customers can receive their orders via:

  • Curbside pickup (brought to the customer's vehicle by store staff)
  • A designated pickup area within or outside the store

During pickup, the customer’s identity will be verified before handing over the groceries.


5. Repetition Notice

The content in this document is intentionally repeated for formatting demonstration and scroll testing. The core steps of the process are:

  • Browse and add items
  • Order processing
  • Notification to customer
  • Pickup and verification

Repeat steps as needed.


6. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the current Terms.
